Eighteenth Journal Entry

Haven't updated in a while as I retreated from LD'ing, but will do my best to rebuild my recall and hopefully get some lucids.

Dream:
All I remember is being an objective viewpoint with no body, and I saw an elderly person being abused by nurses and carers from his old people's home, as in carted around in a wheelchair, beaten, he vomited but that wasn't cleared up, etc. The weather in the dream was beautiful sunshine, and I can remember having trouble speaking as I had a bit of a sore throat which I also have in waking life right now, so that's no surprise. Every time I tried to talk I could only cough and splutter.

Very strange and quite unpleasant dream. I don't want any repeats.
