Got woken up by a loud sound outside my bedroom door. Almost instantly fell back to sleep. Met a dream character, walked around a white boxed room, got woken up again. Couldn't fall back to sleep. That was yesterday.
Tonight I am currently listening to one hour of 'Binaural beats' for lucid dreaming. Will be interesting to see if it works, very sceptical. 1.50am.
