[size=18]07/10/07 Audio File - Short Lucid

I was testing a new audio file. This was some Theta (10-4) HTZ and white noise and also contained voice samples.

The first file had the following statements:
"You will have a lucid dream"
"This is a dream"
"You are dreaming!"

Saturday night 07/08; the file did come in the dream but in the dream I was wearing my mp3 player and thought that was why I was hearing the voice trigger. So due to this reason I changed the file and added the statement: "If you are hearing my voice, you are not awake!" Sunday night I woke up 4 and looped it until I woke up, this was not a good idea in one respect but --- not due to the voice trigger, I was able to WILD into a short lucid. I started off by rubbing my hand and I noticed I was in an amusement park. I remember also riding a roller coaster which was fun but lost the lucidity after that point.

Note: I dont think you should let this file loop more than twice. It is brain entrainment and can have an adverse affect on you. I played it for two hours and felt nautious & light headed when I woke up. Its 30 minutes, I would say twice should be enough if it's going to trigger a lucid.
