I woke up normally at the normal time I would wake up (someone else woke me up though) then I quickly went back into a dose. I felt vibrations and I think I was in sleep paralysis then suddenly my consciousness felt as though it had sat up and out of my body! Then a wave of tingling came over (in the same way that you hear a jet fly close over the ground like gzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZGZGZGZ) then I woke up.
