task of the year

I am outside our house. I go for a walk. While I'm walking I look at the stars. I see some big galaxies. I realise that you can't see galaxies with bare eye, so I must be lucid. This time I'll get the 1900s task done. As teleporting has ruined my earlier attempts at the task, I simply decide I am in the 1900s. The street lights and the houses turn to look like ones from the beginning of the 20th century. I go into one of the houses. The house is very narrow and has 2 or 3 floors. I go to the bedroom. There is a woman there. A box appears into my hand. It has a button on the top. I take a picture of the woman sitting in the bed. The image is black-and-white. If I remember right, the woman had a black shirt and a curly blond hair. There was also another woman in the room but I don't remember anything about her.

I am outside our house. It is summer. I am writing some music. I listen what it sounds like and it sounds good. The tomatoes we were growing in the summer are there. I touch one of the tomatoes and notice they all have gone bad. I become lucid. I decide to do the 1900s TotY. I jump into the air and start to fly. The sky turns black and I'm in space. I see a spiral galaxy (Milky Way?) in front of me. In the spiral arms there are numbers for different decades. I go nearer towards the beginning of the 20th century. Now I have a tape measure in my hand. I look for 1900. I get there. I appear in a castle. There is an unfinished painting in front of me. I start painting, but then I realise that I've come to the 12th century. I even have a 12th century outfit on. I try to get to the year 1900. I close my eyes and try to teleport, but it wakes me up.

In a second dream I am also in our front yard. In this dream I had travelled back in time to 2008 with my family and ended up in wild west. A friend of mine had also been there. When we got out of the house in which we were accommodating, it turned into our house. I had just realised that I shouldn't go near my friend because he might notice that I am 4 years older. So, we are in our front yard looking at several Moons when I become lucid. Again I jump into the sky and get the tape measure in my hand. Now I search for 1900. I find it and teleport. My eyes are shut. A voice tells me that I should get a confirmation that I have arrived at the right place. Someone takes my hand. I become aware of my body... and wake up.

I am in the city centre. I'm crossing a drive when the street light turns red. I have to stop and wait. A former teacher of mine is also waiting there. He says to me that his lesson is about to begin. The light turns into green. We cross the drive. At some point I hop into a car. A friend of mine is driving. The car is very small. After some time I get on top of the car and start shouting instructions at him ("You don't drive like that!", "Don't stop here!"). I even push the car at some point. For some reason very familiar blocks seem scary. Finally my friend drives into a car park. There is a block of flats. My friend calls to a friend of his that lives in the building. They are having a party. My friend has been invited and he asks his friend if he could bring friends with him. He talks about something like three friends even though there's just me. His friend says that there would be too many people at the party then. I look at my watch. It's 19.10. I remember that I should have been at my piano lesson (which would mean that it's monday). Then I become lucid. I go to the apartment where the party is. There I decide to to one of the TotYs. I decide to do the one where you have to take a picture with that old camera. I decide to leap through the window into the 1900s, but when I'm about to jump I decide to do the one where you have to watch tv. My brother and his friend are playing Play Station on a modern television. I decide to turn that into an older one. "Look at what I'm doing!" I say to them. I point at the television very dramatically and say TADAM. A shock wave from the television throws me back and I wake up.

I am in a big room. It has a swimming pool in it. I see a friend. Someone is chasing her. They run around the pool. When they are on the other side of the pool, an identical copy of her appears. Some monsters attack us. I take a gun and start shooting at them. One of them gets close to me. We start fighting. Soon I manage to get on top of it. For some reason I don't want to kill it. I look around me. There are two or three monsters and two people fighting them. I take scissors and threaten the monster: "Stay there or I'll shoot you with these!". "You can't shoot with those", it replies. I get off from top of it. On the other side of the pool a friend is surrounded by people. She is holding her hands high and black bolts of shadow are raining down around her. I become lucid. That looks cool, I think. I'll have to try that some time. She turns around and starts walking towards me. Why does she go to the pool when she could levitate? I turn away from her. Now there is a laser crosshair in the middle of my field of view. It is the sight for the rocket launcher I'm carrying. Theres a boy peeking from the window through which the monsters came. "Don't go anywhere!" I order. The boy doesn't obey. I levitate on the windows level and launch the rockets. After that I turn, have a final glance at the pool and teleport away. I appear in a stairway. What should I do next? How about the 300 task? I teleport again. This time it worsens the dreams quality. I remember fighting people with spears with a shillelagh. Damn, the dream's going to end soon. I'll have to do some other task. "Is this the right battle for 300?" I ask. "Yes". (both the answer and the question appeared as text). I teleport back. I decide to do an imaginary task where you have to become the managing director of a company. My mom shows me brochures of three companies. I point at one of them. "I'll take this one. It has the picture of the managing director in it so It's easier to teleport to him". I make the managing director step out of the black-and-white image. He makes me the managing director and we go driving. Soon after it the dream ends.

I am in a large, paved area (an airport, I think). There are large halls and my room is in one of them. I get a pink, silky shirt from somewhere. I put it on and go to bed. The shirt is a little too tight. Soon I get up, take the shirt off. I check the time. It is 09.00. I get confused, because I thought it was night already. I go hiking to the mountains near the airport with some other people. The next thing I remember is a forest. We are walking on a path. About 10 metres below is an iron plate that I remember from another dream. It shows the landing time of an UFO. We continue past the plate. Soon we come to a TV set. I ask everyone if they are ready. Then I push a button on the TV. An energy field or something like that traps us. An alien appears and I become lucid. I freeze time. And teleport away. I had decided to do the Star Wars task when I went to sleep. I summon a spaceship around me (aren't they x-wings?). I see the death star. I fly there and follow the corridor. I shoot the torpedoes and they hit their goal. When the Death Star explodes, I wonder what it would feel like being in an explosion in a dream. Then I fly back to earth. The scene with the alien changes into a video game. I shoot the alien with a laser gun. When it grabs my brother, I start beating it. Its hp goes down pretty fast. Soon I win it. I shut the game. My brother protests. I am now back in the airport. That's the last thing I remember.

I had a pretty long dream last night, about 1/4 of it was lucid, though I can't remember it very well.

I am in a place in which I have been in another dream. There are some people there also. I only have some vague memories of the next parts of the dream. In the dream there were two villages that were in war. The other village was ruled by an evil witch. We go to the good village. I've no memory of the next 7-12 minutes. We decide to attack the bad guys. I've an extremely foggy and strange memory of the next few minutes.
We are now at the outskirts of the village. There is a very steep, almost vertical hillside in front of us. Above us, on the hill is a big building. There are dead leaves all over the place, a sign of the witch's corruption. The next thing I remember is being on the building's roof. I see the ocean in front of me. I become lucid. The witch is hovering in the air some distance away from me. She is a tall woman with a dark yellow, almost golden hair. I strike her dead with a single thought. The next (and the most important) part is foggy. I do a part of task of the year, but I just can't remember which one. I suspect that it was the Nightmare at Elm street one, because I remember killing someone and I had also decided to do it when I went to sleep. The task could also have been an imaginary one.
After the toty I jump off the roof head first, and fly back to the roof several times. That's the last thing of the dream I remember.

I am in a bus. There are also other people it, including my classmates. We leave the bus. In front of us is a building of which I've dreamt before. We enter the building. The next thing I remember is my friend chasing me with a pistol that has a RPG attached on it. He shoots at me four times with it until he runs out of ammo. I leave the building and become lucid. I had decided to do the wizard of Oz part of Task of the Year so I teleport to land of Oz.
There is a road in front of me so I stay where I arrive and wait for Dorothy. Soon she arrives, although from a direction I didn't expect. I spot the slippers. I follow her and soon she takes her slippers off. I sit on the ground and start stuffing my feet into them (for you trying to do the task, Dorothy has small feet ). Suddenly I am in my bedroom, stuffing my feet into my little sister's slippers. I fear that I woke up but soon the scene changes back to land of Oz. I manage to get the shoes on so I get up and go looking for Dorothy. When I find her, she has become a tree.

Of course I didn't remember to tap the slippers together, or if I did tap them I don't remember it.

The dream starts with someone explaining something about 'offside-shootings'. I am watching a document, and my view shifts into it. I am now walking with a camera in my hand, filming a man that steals a car. He throws a dog that was in the car off the car, somehow the dog ends up in a big rubbish bin. I go to the bin and film the dog. It looks sadly at my. I start backing up. An old woman appears and helps the dog off the rubbish bin. I walk for a while. A police officer has stopped the car thief.
I walk to the car. "You already seem to have several cars so I guess it's okay if I confiscate your car", the officer says to the thief. "Sure, I'll just take my stuff", the thief answers. He takes a packet from the car. The commentator says that theres a gun in the packet. I and the police officer get in the car. I look at the thief. He is curling his fingers like he would be pulling the trigger of the gun.
We drive off. The police officer asks if I want to drive (or then I asked if I could drive). Anyway I agree. I am now driving the car (I don't have a driving license), though the wheel is on the right side of the car (like in the UK). I see a police car. "That will lead us to the police station", I say to the police officer and follow the car. It turns to someone's yard. I state that the car doesn't lead us to the police station after all. I drive for a while and almost hit several children.
We arrive to an intersection. I push the brake and manage to stop in time. I start turning to right but remember that the police station is to the left. I drive for a while and realize that the police officer doesn't know I don't have a driving license. I realize that it doesn't matter because I'm dreaming. I consider telling the officer that I don't have a license, just to annoy her but then I decide to do the task of the year. I also consider driving around for a while, but decide to do the task now because the dream has already continued for quite a while.
I teleport off the car, to the bar. I decide that because Casablanca is black and white, the dream should also be. So when people start forming around me, everything is black and white. The teleporting worsened the dream's quality, but luckily I still am in deep sleep. I see Sam and ask him to play something for me. He starts playing a jazz piece I've never heard before. At the same time I see the sheet music in front of me. After he has finished the piece, a woman arrives. Shortly after this the dream ends.

I had a WILD last night so I'll start from being awake. I think I woke up at 6.00, though my alarm is set to 4.30 so my alarm didn't wake me up. Before going to sleep I had decided to try VILD.

The dream

I start the visualization, visualizing myself in a jungle. Now I am at least entering the dream state. I think I reminded to myself that I'm dreaming. There is a lagoon in front of me and a path behind me. I follow the path. My father joins me. He points towards a little cave formed under the roots of a dead tree and tells me to go hiding. I'm not sure, what I replied, it was "I don't want to" or "I don't have to, because it's my dream". I watch my sister entering the jungle and going hiding under one of the trees. Some thugs are coming down the path. I turn and start walking down the path, away from the thugs. I arrive back to the lagoon. I try the visualization once more, checking if I have all my senses. After that I get out of the jungle, entering a crowded opening. There are some old women by a campfire. One of them yells at me to come to them. I obey her. The woman tells me that theres some sort of game, but they'd need more players. I tell them my father's coming there. I see him in the crowd. I tell the woman he's that man in the black jacket. The woman yells at my father. He comes to us. Now we can get the game started. The woman tells us the rules. We are some drunken amoebas that want to reproduce. In order to do this, we have to touch another drunken amoeba. We begin the game. I touch my father and leave. I go to the other side of the opening and enter the jungle. My dream body disappears. Now I see a dragon. Theres someone telling me it's story. (S?)he is a (wo?)man who shapeshifted into a dragon for a hundred years. Now (s?)he is turning into human again. At the same time (s?)he is hatching (this is the strange part, I have a feeling that it was a he, but still (s)he hatched). The dragon keeps laying eggs and changing between human and dragon. I watch it for a few minutes. Then the dream ends.

Dream number 2

I fall asleep soon after waking up. Now I am in a bus. Soon I remember that I'm dreaming. I check my senses. Everything except vision is working well. My vision is about as poor as it is awake. Well, theres a cure for it. Dream eyeglasses! I summon my eyeglasses and put them on. My vision goes better. Nah, these'll just get in the way, I'll use dream contact lenses! I summon my contact lenses and put them on. Problem solved. The bus stops and I get out of it holding three bags. The bus starts to leave. "Wait!" I cry at the bus driver. "I'll just check if my backbag is in there". It isn't. I try to fly, jumping in the air and going into a horizontal position. I crash on the ground, but I don't hurt myself. I get back up, deciding to walk. A girl I know and her friend leave the bus also. I start walking towards my home. They turn to a different direction. There's pretty much snow on the ground but it isn't very cold. The girls stop to a snow hill to glide on mini skis. Other one of them yells at me that I can't glide as well as they can. I go to the hill, pick up a mini ski and climb on top of it (if you are wondering, what mini skis are, they are about 40 cm long skis). The hill is about 4,5 metres high. The girl is about a metre below me. She glides down on her ski. I glide down on mine, but don't do very well. Luckily for me, I have a plan. The girl laughs at me saying something like 'you see? I'm better!'. I summon jetpacks and use them, but I only fly a few metres. "Don't laugh yet, I'm still moving", I tell her. "Hey! That's cheating!" she protests. "It isn't! It's my dream and I can do whatever I want!" I say, going some metres more. "This thing isn't working properly". I get the jetpacks working and boost myself into space. Below me the Earth explodes. Gravity pulls the pieces back together (in a way it wouldn't really do) in to a crudely shaped ball. The oceans are still left so the Earth is still recognizable. The oceans boil out, leaving the Earth. Bender's voice from futurama says something like 'not anymore'. I go back to the Earth. There's still some jungle left. I go to a village. It's very small, about 20-35 people live there. There's a narrow canal with green water in it. That's their all drinking water. The canal is separated in the middle and on the other side the water is a little bit clearer. I ask a man that is with me if that's their all drinking water. He says that it is. There's a woman that could help me somehow. My view changes on her. She is dead, lying in a campfire. I go to her and see that she really is dead. The dream ended soon after this.
