Four years ago my mother had gastric bypass surgery but ended up with an infection and passing away three days later the day after my birthday. I have this kind of dream a lot but the actual event vary from dream to dream. Always frustrating as hell and I don't know if this falls under lucid but I always end up saying "your not supposed to be here you are dead."

This time my dad was living in our old house with my uncle and three cats. Two cats had to be given away when I moved and my dad sold the house. And the oldest girl cat died from old age. I walk in the door and was anxious because I knew the house was on the market and my dad must be living there illegally. I was excited to see my kitties and I cuddles up with the three of them on my bed. Suddenly I'm in the living room where my mom was watching TV. I stood there and looked at my mom trying to wrap my mind around the fact that she was sitting there. Then angrily I said: "Your dead. You can't be here!" and then I was filled with rage as he two dogs, who I hared when my mom was alive and had them, and my number one thought was I'd rather she be dead then have those stupid ass dogs in this house. Then I realize that she and my dad who had been happily married for almost 45 years; were divorced and hated each other.

That's it. It may have been a quick dream but it lasted all night long. Strange how time is warped in dreams.
