nightmare

these too are also not very clear (one of them because i didn't want to think about it too much) and i forgot one entirely. was really bad at keeping track of the times in which these happened.

?am: my boyfriend and i go to some bar (i can't stand bars in real life). its small, quiet and dimly-lit, and not busy. one of the rooms here is special, it has a large couch, and there is a camera mounted to the ceiling to give a good view of the room. this is a room where people can go to have sleazy sex on camera because i suppose that kind of thing is thrilling. my boyfriend and i are in the main area talking to some people, and are seated next to a small b&w TV displaying the camera feed. two people we know go in, and as they begin to do it, we get kind of disgusted (they aren't very attractive and we don't really like them that much), so i turn a dial on the TV until the scene dissolves into indecipherable static, and we do something else for a while.

the girl, who is the sister of a friend of mine, comes out alone to join us. she is acting strangely, and my boyfriend asks her if everything is ok. she says that it isn't, and starts crying, and tells us that the guy she was with somehow threatened her and scared her into handing over a song that she had written, so that his band could play it and take credit for it. Phoenix was angry and went into the room to confront the guy and his band, which consisted of two other girls. but, due to Dream Logic, there wasn't anything he could do.

i realize that this isn't very nightmarish, but at the time when i woke up i was feeling very uncomfortable. looking back on it now though, it sounds silly.

?am: i'm walking along a heavily wooded path at night. its well-lit, but i can't tell from what. its fairly uneventful, until i hit a patch of complete blackness. for some reason this doesn't unnerve me and i keep going like its nothing. eventually i come into a lit clearing, the edges of which are pixelated. i realize now that i'm looking at a session of Furcadia when i see the dream portals uploaded by other users.

dreams were not as clear as the previous day's. also what is it with cartoon characters in my dreams??

6:50am: something to do with My Little Pony. the planet that the ponies lives on is shaped like a donut?? Twilight Sparkle travels to the hole in the world and jumps through in order to explore the other side of the planet. Princess Celestia flies after her in an attempt to stop her.

?am: i appeared at the very top floor of a skyscraper, which housed a high-end restaurant/bar. i was almost paralyzed with fear from the extreme height. Æon Flux (cartoon version) rode the elevator to meet me because i guess we were going on a date or something? she was wearing normal clothes and seemed to have planned this date to be here knowing that it would make me uncomfortable. i was getting dizzy from looking out the massive windows, which took up almost the entire wall, so i asked Æon to switch seats with me. after this i ordered absinthe and proceeded to get so drunk i fell asleep mid-date. when i awoke and remembered that i needed to pay, i realized that my wallet wasn't in my purse. Æon ended up paying for my drink before we left.
