A record of instances on the dream plane, viewed through my perspective.
I remember waking from another nap this evening, and recalling quite a vivid dream that I wanted to get down on paper. Of course, another hour of sleep is always more lucrative than getting out of bed, and so sleep got the best of me. New plan- going to keep a piece of paper and a pen on my nightstand from now on, and try to convince myself to actually write something down.
Woke up from a nap today after playing at a 9/11 memorial with the marching band. I remember something about the band in one of my dreams, but I quickly fell back asleep.
Hello again, all. I'd just like to mention how disappointed I am in myself for losing the ambition I once had towards lucid dreaming. I really miss the beauty, the excitement, and the wonder of dreaming. So, along with myself and a couple of friends (also on DV, you'll probably see me mention them in some posts; one lost track of time like I did, the other is brand new to LDing) I plan to restart my dream log, starting today. Here's my first re-entry. Today, the only thing I can remember by the time of writing this entry is talking to some woman in a sort of game-like, apocalyptic scenario. I believe I was sitting outdoors at some restaurant with her. I did recall two dreams, but the second one was a bit less vivid, and I can't remember it now.
5/18/11 First dream in a while. Remembered some fragments from me showing a friend a new guitar. I called it an "Epiphone Earthstar", or something of the like. It was a smooth, orange semi-acoustic. It looked a bit like this Dot, only more orange, and it didn't have a pickguard. I had one fragment where I was looking it up on the internet, and one where I was watching my friend try it out.
Haven't posted in a few days, but I've made a little progress. 5/12/11 Remembered a fair bit of a dream about some kind of bastardized version of runescape. I was casting spells and swinging swords at one person in a courtyard. I dubbed him "the noob", and I suppose that's why I was attacking him. 5/13/11 Can't remember anything of the dream, but I woke up in a frenzy. I opened my eyes and I was still partially in the dream (or so it felt), and I was gasping for breath. More of a nightmare, really. I don't get those often. 5/14/11 Remembered a tiny fragment about a rosy-cheeked, bonnet-wearing, brown haired woman in a yellow dress and apron.
...well, no entries yet. I'm still waiting for my old dream recall instincts to kick back in, where I ask myself what dreams I had as soon as I wake up. Once I start thinking about my dreams as soon as I wake, I'll remember much more.
5/7/11 "Minecraft Repeat" For about a year since I last really tried to dream recall, I think I'm off to a pretty great start. I have a feeling that I either had this dream earlier that night or before at another time. The first fragment I remember is of me in a massive Minecraft generated world, with rolling plains and mountains. It looked more realistic than your average map. I recall cutting down hundreds of trees and mining tons of iron ore. I also found a cavern and made a little fireplace. The next part of this series I can remember was last night. The last thing I can remember is helping two guys get a huge boat out of a little pool of water they'd dug that connected to the ocean. I can't remember exactly what happened before that, but I have a feeling it had to do with some sort of competition I had to complete to get them out. Perhaps a boat race? The crowd cheered and a narrator came in, saying some typical video game speech about how they left to find new adventures and crap like that. Next, I transported back to my part of the world, anxious to try out the new boat mod I'd installed. I wondered if I could sail across the whole ocean, exploring new lands. I went around a small mountain and loads of saplings and iron ore from my previous dream laid on the ground. I went around picking them up. I saw my cavern, and as I walked towards it I gradually woke up.

...well, hi there. I'm back. Well, I'm sufficiently embarrassed. Nearly everything I'd learned from lucid dreaming is lost now, because of my ignorance. I've been away from lucid dreaming for what has to have been a year now, and I've started to miss the adventures I've had. From now on, each day I remember a dream of any sort, I'll post it here. Hopefully, before too long, I'll be back up to speed. Anyone got any tips for getting me back on track? If so, message me. I'd love the help!
