    1. Waking Journal - 21-1-11

      by , 01-21-2011 at 10:49 PM
NOTE: This is a waking journal. If you want to read a dream, do not read this; I simply keep this to improve my dream recall. In fact, I don't recommend you read this at all; it's very boring, and just for me.

I woke up at roughly 3:30am today, after falling asleep at 10:30. I lay in bed for a while, then got up at about 5:00 to get a drink. Normally I browse the internet until 7:00, but I got a drink and went straight back up. I fell asleep again and woke up at 7:00. I prepared my schoolbag and then, at around 8:00, drove to school with my mother. I got out of the car and entered the school building. Inayat waved to me, but I didn't feel like waving back. I then proceeded to walk down to the laboratory for tutor registration, and said good morning to Tori. She was still upset with me for my views on the Easter play for the local junior school, and so would not speak to me. Emily, my limerent object, came up to us at one point and said good morning, then had to go off to her registration.

After registration, I walked to Spanish, in which we revised animals and learned adjectives, mainly colours. I also did some extension work. We then moved to I.C.T., in which I finished my website - I was the first in the class to do so. In break, I went to the deputy-head's office and got by workbooks back; they had been withdrawn for the school inspectors to look at as an example student. I then went outside to the terrace and talked with Emily. After break, I moved to History, in which me, Tori, Inayat and Emily (B, not M; B is a compatriot, whereas Emily M is my limerent object) completed our presentation on the life of Oliver Cromwell. Then we had Art, in which I began weaving my Miro piece, and then the bell went for lunch. I stayed behind for a little while in Art to help tidy up, and then I went outside via the side door to eat with Tori and Emily M. Freddie also joined us, which was somewhat awkward, because I dislike him. Mr. Hunt approached us to remind me of the maths challenge practice at 1:30, which I was already aware of, and so he left; on his way, he stumbled and walked into a large branch.

I then went to the maths challenge practice, as aforementioned. We spent about ten minutes figuring out how the website worked (Ms. King, the organiser of the competition for the past three years at our school, as absent, and so Mr. Hunt was somewhat discombobulated) and then we spent the remaining twenty minutes elaborating over the questions and getting to know each other.

After lunch, I went to my locker, got my bag and relevant books, and went to afternoon tutor. Tori was still upset with me about the play, and so I spent my time doing next week's homework. I then went to R.S., in which we learnt about Ik Onkar and the Khalsa in Sikhism, and then we went into English, in which we had a speaking and listening assesment; we had a debate about the worst jobs in history. I then left, and, after collecting my remaining books from my locker (I had them ALL because of the aforementioned inspection), I went outside and entered my mother's car. We drove home after visiting Tesco's, though I waited in the car in that period of time. I went home, watched three episodes of Everybody Loves Raymond, completed Monday's homework, and had dinner. I then wrote this WJ entry at 9:15.
