Ok so due to not being able to sleep recently at all i buy some herbal sleeping aids to see are they any good. i take 2 of dem and hour before bed as directed. an hour later go to bed and try to sleep and NOTHING!!!! i lie there for hours tossing and touring and nothing for ages. next ting i no im on my stomack and im drifting of and suddenly i get that dreaded tingling sensaton i can tell what is coming for me. then BAM next thing i know i feel like i am being dragged by my feet out of my bed out my room and up my hall. im aware fully at all times what is happening and am screaming in my head at all times WAKE UP WAKE UP and thank god this time i actually got myself to snap out of it pretty quickly. I then lie there terrified before gradully drifitin off again to have the exact same thing happen!!!!!
