Had a great lucid dream today, full control!

Ive been having lucid dreams for many many years now, but just the other day I noticed someone mentioned moving the eyes rapidly in a dream to help prevent waking up. Well one issue I had alot is staring. By the way most of my lucid dreams I try to control involve girls, not necesarily sex, but girls in general, I always had issues of looking at them then the dream fades. Well not this time

In this dream it took place in an office, and there were alot of girls, I realized I was in control and decided I'd test out a few things this time and see what really works. So I'd grab a cute girl and simply start making out, no nudity or anything like that, just a nice make out session. Well in the past I'd wake up before long, but I closed my eyes and started moving them rapidly back and forth, and it worked. I was able to make out with that girl for several minutes (at least what felt like several minutes) Even taking it a bit farther than making out. Of course I did eventually wake up, but that's were things got interesting, soon as I woke up, I was able to pull myself right back into the same dream. No sure how I did that yet, usually i can't do that, but once in a while it happens, but usually the dream resets itself and i have to start over. But this time the dreams stayed the same, everything and everyone was right were I left of. So I tryed again, a different girl this time, same techniques, and it worked again, so this time I took things a bit farther, no full sex or anything but I went far by keeping her fully clothed. Full feelings and everything, body heat all that good stuf felt just like the real thing. And then got pulled back out again, yet able to go right back in again.

This time though the dream did reset itself and all the girls were gone. So I tryed another idea, I told myself everyone must just be on break and walked through the maze of desks to find the breakroom, sure enough there was about 6 or so girls sitting in there. So I proceeded over to them and decided to try new thing by giving one a foot massage, and go from there, but I looked up and an older lady started talking to me, but there was a cute girl sitting next to her, so I just moved over and started massaging her feet instead. I thought things might go again from there, but by that point I started going into full dream, and suddenly the trailer park boys showed up and there was a shootout and stuff then I woke up.

But it was an awesome experience having full control, and actually thinking and making decisions this time. I even tested out a theory I had that used to be a fear of mine. And that was wondering if my sleeping body is mimicing any of my dreaming bodies actions. When I pulled out of one of the dreams I focused on what I was doing as it faded and then focused on what my body was doing as I started to wake. My sleeping body wasn't mimicing anything at all, not even the kissing movements. So I guess I can finally put that worry to bed so to speak.

Thank you to anyone who reads this, I really wanted to share it as soon as I got up today. Hopefully i can get dreams like this more often.

      Yes, it is awesome.

Hate to break it to you but your fear is real; just might not be real for you--and maybe just not real on this occasion.

REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (RBD) occurs when sleep paralysis is incomplete or absent. Look it up ^.^

Hiya Stormr -cool dream! congrats! - I've had a similar experience - moving the eyes to and fro has helped me stabilize the dream - I've read it mimicks REM sleep movements which maybe why the dream continues. When people spin in real life as well the eyes end up doing a jerky to and fro movement and I've wondered if this as much as the kinetic movement in the dream helps to stabilise it. I tried it out a few lucids ago - spun round and just as in real life (even more so) I could feel my eyes going side to side.

Do you remember where you saw this? I'd like to follow it up some more - cheers - T

That post about eye movement was on this site. It was in the general lucid board somewhere. I do also use the spinning technique, or at least did. The eye movement seems to work better I noticed since I can open my eyes and have the dream look the same. I noticed with spinning on occasion I wind up in a different place after
