This morning was interesting. I awoke at 4am on my own. Got up to go to the bathroom. I took one galantamine and went back to bed. I read for 15 minutes and proceeded to fall asleep.
I went straight into lucid dream. I was in a room with people I never saw before.
Not going into too much detail, because sex was involved. Long story short, I kept waking up to my timer (lucidology), and instead of staying awake which is what usually happens, I kept perfectly still. I didn't plan this, but In my mind, i looked down to my hands, and they were in a prayer pose. Within seconds i could feel myself slipping back into the same dream and place, with same people.
Each time it started off hazy and fuzzy. I kept saying "clarity now!", and looking at my astral hands to clear my vision and it worked.
This happened at least five times, before I finally decided to get up.
I did go to bed late, and was very tired at 4am so I think the lack of sleep, along with the galantamine pill that kept me having multiple DEILDs .
Anyway it was pretty awesome.

I recently lost my wife to breast cancer, and I want to connect with her from the other side, so I have been working on learning Astral projection. I have had some success in the past. Now I want to be better at it.

Two nights ago, I got William Buhlmans 6 CD set on how to astral project. I listened to the first cd and then went to bed after. I had a hard time falling asleep, but I finally did after midnight. I did some visual techniques and some confirmations.
Shortly after I fell asleep, I became lucid, and I tried opening my eyes (I'm not sure why I did that), but then I felt some vibrations and then realized what was happening so I let them get stronger.
I then rolled over and out of my bed (my astral body), and remembered what william said to do. I said "Door Now!", and suddenly I was in another house.
I then thought that I want to see my wife JoAnn. So I said "I WANT TO SEE JOANN NOW!"
An older woman came from the adjacent room. She looked like she was in her sixty's. She had glasses and blondish hair.
She said to me "Not now!"
I said again "I WANT TO SEE JOANN NOW!"
She then started talking to me in jibberish. I couldn't understand what she was saying to me, but I could see that she wasn not going to let me see her.
So I turned around and thought about what to do next. So I said out loud "Take me to her old home"
I was then swept up and landed hard. The excitement almost made me wake up, but I relaxed and held the projection.
I then looked at where I was. I was at her childhood home, and I saw someone sitting outside on a bench.
I walked up to see who it was, and I noticed that it was her deceased mother, and she was smiling. She looked like I knew her when she was younger.
I walked up to her and said "Hi Jan"
I think I must of had a thought of my physical body, because just then I woke up.

After I woke up and thought about it, maybe her mother was smiling was because she was with her daughter again. Maybe if I could have held the projection, I might have seen my wife. I'll try again.
