    Alchemy class

I had the coolest non-lucid ever last night. Unfortunately it took such a long time to come back to me that by the time I remembered I wasn't near anything I could write it down on. Anyway, here's what I can remember, 10 hours later.

I was in a dark room with some other "students," all sitting at different tables. I was in a corner near a window, which was too dark to see out of. On the table there were a few cards with different pictures on them. I experimented with a card that had a picture of a snowflake and some tomato looking fruit on the table. The card floated above my hands and I focused really hard on it. The fruit began to freeze and the snowflake lifted off the card into the air. It began to undo itself so I concentrated really hard. It froze solid and dropped to the table.

I was amazed, so I decided to try the fire card. The same thing happened, but instead there were orange orbs lifting out of the card. The fruit lit on fire, but both instances were on a small scale, so the fire went out as the fruit dropped to the table.

Next thing I knew I was in the car with my parents. I showed them what I learned, and neither seemed to be amazed with it, even though I was. I called it alchemy, although it was more like regular magic than alchemy.

Ok, Wiki is bad place to quote stuff from BUT according to Wiki....:

Alchemy is an ancient tradition, the primary objective of which was the creation of the mythical "philosopher's stone," which was said to be capable of turning base metals into gold or silver, and also act as an elixir of life that would confer youth and immortality upon its user. Alchemy can be viewed as a protoscience, a precursor to modern chemistry, having provided procedures, equipment, and terminology that are still in use. However, alchemy also included various non-scientific mythological, religious, and spiritual concepts, theories and practices.
I think it's cool you called it alchemy, and you can call it whatever feels right. The lines that seperate magic and alchemy are thin, it seems like alchemy is a form a magic and people use magic in alchemy... so they could even be the same thing... but alchemy sounds cooler. lol.

St. Germaine was a big pusher on alchemy... don't know too much about that though.

I figure it was more like magic than alchemy, but in the dream that's what everyone was calling it. I forgot to make a note of that when I woke up.
