4/17/12 I had my recurring dream. This time, I was in some sort of old school or hotel with some friends from high school, and under a staircase we found a collection of old pianos. We were playing them, but I also remember feeling like we didn't have much time, and I think everyone was evacuating for a fire. 4/18/12 I was really mad about something and I was throwing shit, and my mom was like, "Are you mad because of ****" (I'll keep him anonymous) and I was like, "YES HAVEN'T YOU BEEN LISTENING?!?!?!" 4/19/12 The only part I remember from this dream is when I became lucid. I think I just somehow realized I was dreaming. I was in my kitchen, and my family was with me, and all of a sudden I realized it was a dream, so I said "I'm lucid dreaming" and I just kept repeating it so that I wouldn't lose the dream. And I remember laughing cuz I was so happy that for no reason at all I just realized it. But I think I drifted back off into the dream because I don't remember anything else.
I set a series of alarms last night to wake me up in order for me to practice WILDing, but each time I just fell asleep like normal. The only dream I can recall was I was in a building trying to get to the sixth floor, but everyone was evacuating it.
Just tried to WILD in a nap. I got into sleep paralysis pretty quickly, and then I saw some colors and stuff, but I was mostly just waiting there for a dream to start. Then I felt a sneeze coming on, and I figured I'd just let it happen, so it did and I saw a flash of blue and then I sat up and did a reality check after I sneezed. I was awake. Er, am awake. This just happened. So maybe I'm dreaming, but everything seems pretty real so I'm gonna say this is real life. Darn!!!
All I remember is that I was explaining something to someone about how my cousin died, but his mom and older brother were there and I didn't want them to know I was talking about him. I've been having awful recall lately. I need to start going to bed at a normal time, and not my usual 2:00am. Does anyone else have trouble with this?
