    1. Future hostage situation

      by , 02-02-2011 at 12:20 PM
Because I waited so long to write this I forgot many details about my dreams.

Note to self record dreams first thing when I get up. NOT 12 HOURS LATER.

      Dream 1- Snow

All I remember is seeing snow and thinking this might be heavy enough to cancel school.

      Dream 2- Future hostage situation

Before I went to sleep I tried to imagine a scene and walk through it several times so that I could dream about it. I thought it might be cool if a tried to do a cycle duel like in tron. I imagined the situation about 4-5 times before going to sleep. I was about to pass out when a stray thought ran through my head and changed the dream. "Maybe I should watch an episode of Mobile Suit Gundam before going to sleep."

I was in a room holding a bunch of hostages and a book full of Gundam stories. The very hostage situation I was in was written in the book. I checked the news and saw that the military had stepped down and surrendered to me. It was just like how it was written in the book. Unfortunately there was this one guy who had a white mobile suit who refused to surrender and instead stated that he intended to attack me. Also just like in the book. I tried to read further ahead in the book to see what would happen but instead saw some covers for some other Gundam books. I then woke up...

    2. 3 dreams 1 WILD and Nightmares

      by , 01-31-2011 at 03:15 PM
      Non-Lucid Lucid Nightmare

I had my first lucid and it was the first time I remembered more than one dream. And all of this happened in one night. I think the dream journals must be having an effect. Now I just have to remember to post them on the site.

      W.I.L.D

After several futile attempts at wilding I realized that I was not putting much effort into it. I told my self this time I would wild. I lied down and counted my breaths. The first change I noticed was that my breathing became much lighter and easy. I also felt slightly euphoric and numb. I did not experience and of the visual or auditory effects from SP reported by other Dreamviews members. Instead It was purely physical. When I was closer there was a light buzzing at the tips of my toes and fingers. As I got distracted or excited the buzz would fade but I remained persistent. Finally after I got passed the buzzing, It felt like my stomach and chest were being pelted by volleyballs and my back and legs felt like they were lanes for very heavy bowling balls. I was then dragged down into a dream. I instantly knew it was a dream but I was so disoriented by the pelting I received that I panicked and jumped out of my dream bed in my dream room without stabilizing the dream. Every thing was heavily blurred and I felt disoriented. I reality checked immediately by looking at my hands. That was a mistake. I became even more disoriented seeing 8 fingers on one hand. After that I was pulled into my body. I woke in my bed.

My first WILD was very short but I was still surprised how different it felt from dreaming. I am looking forward to experimenting in my dreams when I get the hang of it. I hope the abuse I received in SP is a one time deal.

I figured one lucid for the night was good enough so I headed for normal sleep.

      Dream 1- Alien Incursion

I heard noises on the other side of the door, It must have come from the alien ship that just started it's boarding of mine. If I did not lock down the door fast enough the invaders would slaughter everyone on the ship. Everyone new once they enter the ship there would be no stopping them. The door was successfully locked down before they came through. I suddenly heard the invaders attempting to access another door. I ran down the hall and quickly locked down that door too. I looked out the window into space and saw 5-8 hive ship's closing in on my ship. I woke up.

After reading this again it sounds like it could have been a nightmare but I remember being quite calm and relaxed.

Dream 2- Wire across the road/ Allergies

I was walking down the road when I saw 2 kids string a navy blue rope across a road. They thought I was there to tell them to take down the rope but I told them It was fine but they had to move the rope farther down the road. For some reason when it was restrung farther down the road it had feathers on it. A truck drove by and hit the rope and some how got damaged. I went to get the kids mother who's house was next to where they originally set up the rope. As I entered the house the first thing I noticed is that feathers were scattered all along the floor. The mother was standing in the center of the entry way. I was worried that if one of the kids had allergies from the feathers the allergic reaction could be lethal. Suddenly the mother collapsed on her knees looking very pale. She barley managed to say that I had to get the feathers out of the house. Damn I thought it was the mother who had the allergy. As I ran to move her out of the house I woke up.

Dream 3- The worlds weirdest Biology exam

This was probably one of the longest dreams I have had yet. Because It was so long I can't remember the correct order of these fragments.

The main story surrounding all these fragments is that I was staying in an old mansion with my classmates. The mansion in this dream was apparently the former home of Marry Queen of Scots. To pass our Biology exam we had to eat a Pice of Mary's corpse. I should probably play Nazi Zombies in the afternoon.

As we were briefed about how we would eat the corpse, I looked up at the sky. At first there was nothing, then stars in the hundreds filled the sky. They were dazzling. Instead of the blue dots we see in the sky it was almost as if the sky filled with hundreds of suns while still being able to maintain the darkness...

My room mate and I were not happy about the Idea of having to eat a corpse or the pizza our teachers decided to bring in so we agreed on getting some ramen during the night and just fail the exam. We ran down from the mansion at incredible speed. The forest we passed was just a blur. When we finally arrived at a convenient store we grabbed some chopsticks, broke them and then filled the ramen cups with hot water...

Before going out of the mansion I was about to pick up an umbrella until I looked at it closer. The face on the end of the handle was Marry queen of scots. Her face was pale as if she was dead. I think there may have been blood painted on her face but I am not sure. There was also a strand of human hair on it. This freaked me out and made me leave the umbrella where it was... I still don't know why the hair freaked me out more then the dead carved face.

I was in a theme park the next day after the exam. I was talking with my friend again at the theme park next to the mansion. He was complaining about how the rides were old and no fun to ride. I then woke up...
    3. The fountain of good luck

      Non-Lucid Thoughts/Awake

Last night I tried to attempt a WILD right off the bat to see what would happen. I went to sleep and woke to the alarm I set up for 4:00. Sadly I forgot that I was trying to WILD and turned off the alarm and went straight back to sleep.

I saw a pillar made of marble that was very finely sculpted. The pillar was in the middle of the Han river in Seoul, South Korea. The pillar spraying water very high into the air. Behind the pillar was a soccer stadium.

      Olympic stadium Seoul

A narrator with a british accent suddenly started talking about how the pillar brought good luck to who ever looked at it. The narrator also mentioned how South Korea was not allowed to have a soccer stadium or international team until the pillar was built. It was then I noticed how cloudy the sky. When I looked closer at the stadium I saw a lone figure standing on the top of the stadium watching the fountain. I assumed he was looking at the pillar in order to support his team.

After going to the stadium so many times with my high schools track and field team I should have immediately known this was completely bogus and that the stadium was not a soccer stadium at all it was the olympic stadium.
I am almost positive that it was the narrators accent that convinced me. It's hard not to trust a guy with a good London accent.

I'm know recall is a going to be my biggest obstacle. This dream was a step in the right direction.
