Non-lucid

I'm walking on the street in some other city , i meet a girl , we walk for a little while and we see a tall building .She asks me if i want to race her to the top of the building, i agree.We get inside and there are various staircases , she starts running and i do too.We jump from one staircase to another using some insane parkour skills.Once we get to the top , we jump off it.There are policemen standing and waiting for us.They tell us that it was not allowed to enter the building and we will have to race each other 3 times and the one who loses will have to be put behind the bars.We start the race but i can't catch up with her , it's like someone is holding me.I lost and the dream ended.

Non-lucid

I'm trying to fall asleep in my bed , i hear a loud bang somewhere in my room.I check my phone and find that i have no alarm clock set , although i'm sure i set it and wonder who might have turned it off.Then my room light flashes as someone would have turned it on and off.I start wondering what the hell is happening , get out of my bed and turn the lights on i look at the window and see the reflection of my room , i see myself standing in the middle of the room , i lean to the left and see a woman standing behind me through the reflection , i turn around and there is nobody there , i'm terrified as i think this is a ghost .I start running through a corridor and i wake up.
