I was texting my friend on my phone and he asked "Are you alright?" I responded with "Y-yes im fine"

I was in the main street of my town when an old man walked up to me and said; "Could i come to your house?" I said "no, im getting a hair cut" then the man vanished. The rest of the way home i was worried what would happen if he found out i was not getting a hair cut.
