      Thumbs up I did it!!!!!!!

Had a DILD at 06:10 this morning!!

I decided to have the night off and not attempt any nightly recall last night ( I awake naturally at least once). Been very tired this week so also set my alarm clock back from 05:40 to 06:10.

I became lucid after noting something odd in my dream. I was able to remain clam and focused on the dream content in order to maintain the dream. I decided to attempt a small flight and I had just taken off when my alarm went off .

This is my 2nd DILD in 3 weeks of studying LD. Both were sub 20 seconds and I lost the 1st due to pure excitement and the 2nd to an alarm clock. Both occurred around 06:00 in the morning following a night with no dream recall attempts.

I'm gonna concentrate on DILD's only with WBTB at the weekends (cannot afford loss of sleep during the week).

Thanks to all who have offered their advice and support, I'm on my way now!!!

      Cheers
