I was browing through the the candy isle in the grocery story when a guy came up to me and told me that I looked so very sad. We talked for awhile. He offerred me a job (which I despetately needy) and then he gave me a hundred bucks for no reason. I don't get it.

What's that about?

Ok, it is possible that he may be a genuinely good guy who just happened to see a pretty girl in a grocery store who looked sad, and after spending just a for a few minutes with her, felt so moved that he offered her a job and then handed her a hundred dollars just "because".

Nina, I try very hard to see the good in all people but even I would be wary of such an offer. Rarely, is something given in this life without strings (i.e., there is no such thing as a free lunch).

If you keep in contact with this man, please proceed slowly and let someone know where you are (or even better.. go with you to your first meeting about this new job).

No worries...my phone was "destroyed" last night so I lost his number anyway. I was just really hoping I could get a decent paying job out of it.

Holy fuck...I was so wasted last night. I just remembered I drove my car into a fucking ditch!!! I tried for a few minutes to get out but it just kept getting worse. When I was finally able to get my jeep into 4 wheel (about ten minutes later) I was able to get out no problem. But it was still scary as hell considering I was not in a sober state of mind.
