Date: February 4-5 Got in bed at: 9:39pm 9:51pm - Achieved "laed blanket" feeling, worked on visualizing numbers 10:06pm - "lead blanket" again by imagining sounds 12:47am - woke up, nothing recalled 2:17am - woke up, guessing there was a sex dream before this, nothing remembered 4:06am - woke up, remembered scene of a dream, Band director was wearing a grey and black jacket and laughing within a classroom Later remembered: - the corner of a dark green room with a window and a TV, someone playing video games - driving a van backwards turning left, an oncoming newer white van almost collided with right side of van I was driving

Date: 2-19/20 Time in bed: 11:25pm 11:26- Practicing SP to "Something I can Never Have" No dream recall Date: 2-24/25 Time in bed: 10:38pm 10:39- Meditate then sleeping to Lucid MP3 No dream recall Date: 2-25/26 Time in bed: 10:37pm 10:38- Lucid MP3 with headphones, took a One-A-Day vitamin (2.5mg Vitamin B6) No dream recall Date: 2-26/27 Time in bed: 10:46pm 10:46pm- Lucid MP3 with headphones almost all night on repeat 2:22- remembered intense dream - was driving gf's car with gf, parked on curb by my former elementary school, saw gf's ex get out of a parked white and red GMC sierra with a large knife, walked towards us, car wouldn't start, cut small lines on the door 2nd dream- Next day, because gf's family hadn't called cops or anything, I decided to take a knife to the same place. 3 different people charged at me, stabbed each one third one made dying sounds similar to a video game. 3rd dream- Dreamed about waking up from that dream and going to school, told gf about the dream and said i though it might happen since things in my dreams have happened before and she didnt believe me, then first dream happened similarly Best recall yet though
