      Clark's DILD Workbook

      Hey, DreamViews!

I'm fairly new to the world of lucid dreaming. I have very good recall, averaging 2-5 dreams per night that I can remember vividly. Anyone have any DILD tips that can help me out? Or any advice in general? I would also like to know if it's possible to set up a place that I continuously wake up in, such as a field or hotel.

Being new to this world, I would really appreciate it!!

Goals: Keep a common theme going in my dreams.
Awake at the same place every lucid dream
      3-5 LDs a week

Hi Clark, welcome to DILD class!

I have heard from some about consistent place they either built or visit. Not sure though if it's a dream world or something else. You can certainly try.

Your recall sounds great. Are you writing your dreams down? Using a dream journal serves a few, important purposes. Lets you read them later and find patterns, such as relation between bed time and recall and many other patterns. And, it will tell your mind, that you like and appreciate your dreams and remembering them. DJ is possibly one of the most important tools for a lucid dreamer.

DILD is an excellent method. It requires some mental preparation, that you can do during day, and also as you falling asleep.

Please check out DV's recommended DILD and also my article on DILD http://www.dreamviews.com/dild/13212...ods-dilds.html

Please ask your questions here, and also post your progress. Happy dreams

Thanks for responding! I do keep a dream journal, and I'm surprised about how much I can remember when I wake up. Still trying, no lucids yet, but I have checked out every book on LD from the library!

We also have a dream journal system here on DV, in case you are interested. And you get points for each entry, and people can read and comment on them.
