      big problem.

I normally wake up a bit earlier than I usually do and stay up for a while and then go back to sleep. This almost always works for me and I get lucid dreams. But the problem is, in all my lucid dreams, I only have control over my eyes. That's it! I can't control the reast of my body. I managed to make my surroundings change and stuff. But all I can do is look around. Can't even turn my head. Just my eyes. >.< What do I do about this? And there's another wierd thing I think.

      I don't know how to explain. =x
I'm dreaming, and at the same time I can feel stuff that's happening to me in real life. Like my head was itching.. lol so I tried moving my hands to scratch it a bit =p I couldn't though. I managed to move my head close to my hand and shake it. All this happened to the real proper me, but on the other side I was still in my lucid dream. =s i think what im trying to say is, even while dreaming, i have control of my awake body? =s

ooh and one time, I could only manage to open one eye lid. it was scary.
with my open eye i could see my room and my dad and stuff, and with the other one i could see my dream. and i tried to move and wake up, and even tried calling my dad but my voice didnt come out and i couldnt move.
i read about the sleep paralisis (cant spell) thing later and im not scared about that anymore..

so my question is, how do I control myself fully in my lucid dreams, and not just my eyes?
      Grrr..

      Damn, that sounds fustrating.
Maybe instead of trying to more your muscles, try to fly, float and glide by just 'willing' yourself to move.

I have another wierd lucid dream problem.
not really a problem, but it's just a wierd thing. Whenever there's a screen around, I get sucked into it =x
It started with my first lucid dream, where I got sucked into the computer screen and it was orange in color inside and i was just falling slowly O.o
but the funny thing is, when my body went into the screen, I felt vibrations. So I kinda have this mind set, that when I get pulled into a screan, my dream will get stable.
Maybe that's why I keep getting pulled in now? It's annoying...
      Grrr..
