I don't know if it's a problem of lucidity, you might be getting too involved in a task, which results in your lack of concentration, which results in you forgetting you're in a dream. So keep that in mind. |

Okay, so everytime I lucid dream, it is just boring cause I never do anything fun. I usually know I'm dreaming then do something and forget that I am dreaming. How can I become MORE lucid? |

Once you are lucid you should stabilize your dream make your environment more clear, take in the details, shout commands to assist you, kind of like sit back and take it all in until your ready to go sort of a thing. Rubbing your hands works very good, but some tips for when doing so are yes look at your hands, think of how it feels the friction, the sound, etc. The more you pay attention to what is happening the more vivid things become. |

I have always had more trouble getting lucid than staying. What i do is just I focus on what i am doing I know i am dreaming so then i toy with the dream and figure out more of what i can do. I maintained an hour of lucidity a few weeks ago. |
