Thread: 5 plus minutes or so lucid

I think i had a dild last night or this morning, i don't know when it occured but i still remember it. 3 seconds into the dream i looked around, and i said out loud, i am dreaming.

So, i started rubbing my hands in order to extend the dream, but in seconds, it was fading. I had two lucids this morning. What do you do to extend the dream, if you don't have enough time to extend it?

well, were you very excited when you were doing this?
what I find works for me, is verbal commands, next time you are in a situation like this, just yell out, say "CLARITY" or anything like that, you can say "stabilize dream" "give me clarity" etc, etc.
this is a very quick way to stabilize it because you just have to yell something out but then afterward, you still might want to further stabilize
