oh, so whats the meaning of this post? (not to be rude) |

I know there was a topic about dream experience checklists not too long ago, but this is slightly different. I made a personal checklist of things I would do, because I have a very bad memory in dreams and never get to do what I really want. It's next to my bed now, and last weekend I had a lucid dream where I remembered the checklist. I was able to recall some of the points and act them out. |

I kinda have a checklist of my own, but instead of listing experiences I should have, I concentrate more on technical issues, such as experimenting with various techniques and such (for example, one of the items in my checklist is to try and summon a dream guide, both to know what it looks like and to see what can he offer in terms of improving my LD's. Meeting my subconsciousness was also in my checklist, and this goal, I am proud to say, was achieved). |

Santadreamstoo: I was suggesting to do the same if anyone has problems thinking logically in dreams. Sometimes when I'm lucid, I forget to take advantage of it. |

I happened to me a lot, and very recently too. Lately I been having much less LD's than usualm but fortunately I finally had a decent-quality LD a couple of days ago. I hope I'll have some more high quality LDs soon. |

In general, i believe that it is good to exercise your mind when you are not in bed in ways regarding Lucid Dreaming... |
