I finally had my 2nd lucid dream thanks to ninja9578 and her theory http://www.dreamviews.com/f44/audio-...ository-55276/

But how I knew I was lucid was when I could actually feel it.. I was in my room with 2 of my friends just smoking a blunt (kinda awkward for your 2nd lucid dream) but I felt myself breathing and I was so well relaxed and calm.. I almost woke up from the dream but I remembered to stay calm.. and it worked! But after that, I didn't have much control.. I barely remember much.. Like I only be being lucid for about a minute or 2.. Can anyone help me with my reality checks? It seems as if that is all that is needed at the moment.. and on how to stay lucid longer in your dreams?
