      It is called false awakening, it is where you fade out of a dream and 'wake up' in another, usually we just think this is real life if you don't know about lucid dreaming and hence fade out of conciousness.

      It is great for continuing lucid dreams, and you should preform all day awareness, reality checks and mantras to increase the chance of realisation.
