Hi, I'm not sure if this should go here, but I figured recall could be considered dream control. Anywaay... I've been writing in a dream journal for about a week now, and before starting I hadn't remembered dreams for months. I did some math and found out places at the end of REM cycles and went to bed at 10:30. I woke up at 4:30 and 6:00 and instantly saw results. The first few days were easily recall-able and were vivid to a decent extent.

After these few days, though, my recall was really bad, and the past two days I haven't recalled much of anything. I'm not sure what's so different.

Any ideas, or maybe just how any tips in general? I'm trying to use mantras but I'm wondering if i'm missing anything. Any response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
