you should def take the time to stabilize the dream before you try any dream control. it will only take a few secs and your lucids will be longer. and its way easier to control the dream once you stabilize. |

So, I had my first lucid about a week ago. Less then a week later, I had a second, and then the day after that, had a third. Since then though, my recall has been really bad. I'm not sure if it's because I'm having trouble getting to sleep or what. |

"Out of the fog, into the smog (cough cough). Relentlessly... ruthlessly ('I wonder where Ruth is?'). Doggedly (bark bark)... towards his weekly meeting with... the unknown. At 4th and Drucker he turns left, at Drucker and 4th he turns right, he crosses MacArthur Park and walks into a great sandstone building (smack)."

I agree with samedi, you have to meditate and focus what your dealing with before you control anything. |

thats messed up. that sounds so simple, but I think i've only ever stabilized a handful of times, of which I couldn't even recall. I am so used to NOT stabilizing, that it sucks for me now because im conditioned to have my Id takes over and I never do anything productive. Ill fly out a window and not know where I want it to take me sometimes.. |
