I cannot control my dream at all, and there's nothing inside it.

Somehow I can manage inducing a DILD for granted. I've been practicing this for a long time now, but along the way I don't get to control the dream scene anymore.

Recently, whenever I get to obtain lucidity, the dream scene would always be in a pitch-black place. I'd always find myself stranded in whoknowswhere, in the darkest hours. Just imagine going outside in the middle of the night on a full moon, that's how it's like. It's usually desolated, lifeless and there's pretty much nothing to do.

Whenever I try switching it to daylight mode, nothing happens. Any other attempts of dream control pretty much fails.

This has been going on for months now, and it sucks. Anyone else somehow in the same page?
Tell me what time it is, say that it's a dream, and embrace me.

Sorry I dont have any definite solutions, I can only theorize:

I think the biggest problem is that you now expect lucid dreaming to be like this. Your mind goes 'oh Im lucid dreaming, the dream scene should be like x'. To fix this, you need to stop believing that this will happen. Your normal dreams are fine, so its not like you have an imagination disorder. Tutorials will do a more elegant job of fixing the control problem, but basically, you need to recognise your position as the 'creator' of the dream scene, and YOU change it at will. This being said, it takes some experience to fully master, so to help, try indirect controlling methods, such as looking away and when you look back, expect it to have changed. This tutorial is very good.

When it comes down to it, Dream controls is essentially the expectations and the confidence of the dreamer. Remember, its all in your head

      Goals
Have my first Lucid Dream [X] Become adept at stabilising dreams [] Change my dream environment [] Summoning [X] Telekinesis [] Hear a joke from a DC [] Ride a dragon, then jump off from a great height [] Swim [] Drive [] Eat []

Well all i can ask is, do you have experience in dream controlling?, if you do and find it hard to control it, then possibly someone is intruding your dream. I just discovered this myself yesterday, and i can control it very well, but someone is ending my dream in times i don't want it to be, or fading my dream, or making a certain dream character disappear. I know this is very irritating, and i been having it for months as well, when certainly someone is dream sharing and taking over.

Yes, I do have experience in dream control, and yes, I've had control issues. Thus whenever I attempt to manipulate, conjure, or pretty much do anything, there's this heavy gravity feeling resonating in my head, which even triggers a premature awakening, and renders me really tired upon waking up. I may have had pleasant LDs where dream control was relatively easy way back, but more often than not there's like an interference until it boils down to me not being able to control anything at all.

I think sooner or later you will face that certain intruder soon, and there might be a confrontation. Be ready to fight, if your not ready.
