Just frequently think about your goals. Do a sort of mantra before you go to sleep, you'll definitely remember it! |

I've had a few lucid dreams but in all of them I could remember little to no tasks I had in mind. For example, I had a goal of riding a flying serpent beast. However, in one of the most vivid of my LD's, I simply remembered the less prominent goal of flight (I tried to make a jetpack appear around the corner in my house, but failed.) and tried to change the sky colors by yelling them out of my window, which was quite successful and I eventually made the sky turn to an atmospheric view somehow lol. Anways, I can't seem to remember, "Oh hey! I should try and summon a giant flying serpent and fly away on that little bugger!" Any help or ideas? |

I strongly suggest writing up a list of specific goals you want to do once lucid. Read them a few times a day, especially before bed. Then before you sleep, try to memorize your list by heart. Not only does it motivate you, but it tells your brain that this is something you want to do and HAVE to achieve. Ever since I started doing this (monthly list of different goals), I've been able to remember my tasks so much easier, so I avoid wasting lucid moments panicking about what to do. |

I solved the problem actually tonight. I went to sleep and walked out of this store to find what looked like a crime scene and did a reality check for some reason. (something with my dreams and stores/shops) I remembered the goal I had been anticipating the whole time (Creating a constant world) but before I could perform it, things pretty much went black and I began to feel the SP sensations on my body again. Didn't remember what to do there, so I was screwed. lol... But thanks for the help guys! |

Unless you were paralysed, you were not in SP. If you felt all kinds of different sensations, those are signs of normall falling asleep. Here is what you do in situation like that - Sensations and types of entry into WILD. |

I don't believe I was completely paralyzed, I could move most of my leg but from my shoulders to my hips I could not move at ALL. I felt weird twitchy pulsations every now and then at my foot and my heart was racing. I felt like I could barely breath and my entire body was tingling like I was swallowed in electricity. I stayed calm though and really it was an amazing experience. I managed to pull myself back into it after going to the bathroom lol. Maybe it wasn't SP though. I still haven't checked out that little article right there. :p |
