Wouldn’t this exercise be called Image Streaming? |

I'm trying to put together a schedule for myself that I hope will make me be able to be in more control when lucid. So my question is do anyone here use some creative imagination/vision training techniques to train their ability to control/change their lucid dreams (and in that case what techniques do you use)? |

A site that i found quite helpful for "Creative Imagination Techniques" was this site on Image Streaming by a guy called Win Wenger. It might be a little simple in its description, but its a wonderful place to start. |

look in the newbie section for my post (jellybot). I describe a visualization technique I have used to induce and stay in a lucid state |

You can try visualizing a painting - think of it as if you are painting a picture or a mural using your past experiences or memories (for example a favorite place you like to visit), then let it envelope around you. You can do the same thing with a TV screen or a video camera... |

I missed it, but it's something i've often thought about, found myself with time on my hands, staring at a salt pot! |
