      Can't seem to stabalize

Had 14 lucid dreams so far I always forget to do reality checks for dream stabilization every single time I am starting to lose interest.

Before you go to bed, visualize yourself becoming lucid and stabilizing the dream. I had the same problem as you, but after doing this stabilization became a habit

I guess I'm lucky, because RC's come to me naturally. I don't think about them really, I maybe do 1 RC per day but every time I become lucid I remember I should do a RC...I guess everyone works differently.

Forget about the reality checks to stabilize, well you don't have to forget about it completely, but keep in mind that they don't work because of the action.

They work because you are indirectly setting your intent or "will" to stabilize the dream with that action, so the control of that is not in the action, it is in you!

So the next time you are dreaming, you can just will it so, but since that may be to abstract, just state your intent out loud and say "stabilize now!", and now the meaning of that. In fact condition that meaning in your mind right now, take a piece of paper and write down what you mean by stabilizing a dream, and define it with detail don't be vague, because then the stabilization will be vague. Then when you are done, throw it away and let it become a distant memory, emotion, and plant it in your subconscious.

Then the next time you lucid dream, it will be as simple as saying "Stabilize!" and your subconscious, memories and emotions will know the meaning behind the term, and since those three is sort of what you experience as you dream, we can even say that your whole dream now the meaning behind the term.

In time you can go away from the routine of stabilizing at all, and just expect and know that it will be there naturally and it will be so.

It will be just like an awakening in the physical world, you rub your eyes, stretch your arms and you are ready to go.

Remember though that dreams can be stable because of other reasons, and that reason is that your mind is unstable, because of your emotions, memories or subconscious beliefs, so if you want to be in control of your dream you need to be in control of yourself, because a dream is an experience of yourself.

      But that's another topic.

I hope this gave some insight to how to be in control though. But if not, just ask again.

      Sweet dreams

^^As absurd as it sound, it's true. I always though screaming stuff in a dream is a bit stupid lol, but ever since I started screaming "CLARITY NOW!" and dream actually became more clear and vidid, I realized how big of a deal it really is.

lol yeah but thing is when I am lucid dreaming all those things go through the window its like I don't even want the dream to be real like I just don't have the lust to do it,but in fact I want it in real life. Its like my subconscious doesn't want me to lucid dream at all.Its exactly how I feel in a normal dream I just don't feel like I am in control. Its like in a lucid dream when I am lucid I am like 'so what' then I continue dreaming and forgetting its a dream.I have tried the wild tech, because I hear that it is more realistic and is more reliable, but there are so many tutorials and either I sleep or I stay awake for 1 hour. Its just not working out for me.

Also, make sure to take things slowly. I know it's amazing when you become lucid and you want to immediately start doing badass stuff, but patience is really the key. I know it might sound silly to spend your LD doing basic techniques, but it will pay of in the future, trust me...

I'm a newbie regarding the LD's just like you, but that just helps me understand your point of view better. Next time you become lucid, try to do this -> Look at your hands, move them closer to your eyes and just look at them. They will slowly become more clear. Once that is done, start touching your surrounding. Feel everything around you. After you do all that, look around you. Is the dream clear? If not, scream "CLARITY NOW!". Remember that you need to mean it, don't just yell CLARITY NOW because some guy on the internet told you.(Imagining what you expect to happen before going to sleep helps a lot too). What works for me is, if for some reason dream doesn't become clear, I try to yell louder. It works like a charm lol. Also, don't forget to remind yourself that you are dreaming. In the beginning it's a bit hard to stay focused, and the last thing you want is your lucid dream become a non-lucid dream because you lost your awareness.
