      Exclamation 3rd person perspective problem

Hello DV! Im back with another problem

After fixing all the past ones this still remains

When I dream everything look exactly as real life. The only problem is I see myself in 3rd person and the view always changes angles like in a movie.

That sucks cause I want my dreams to look like real life.

Anyway, I only play 1st person shooters so I tried to use that to go into 1st person but it doesn't look that real and when I stop trying I go to 3rd person again.

Same if I try to go to 1st person without thinking of a game etc...

I never played third person games.

I think this is happening because I always have guns in dreams and my mind uses what I see in movies Cause I never had a real gun.

Anyway I want this fixed ASAP.

If anyone has ANY idea please tell me.

Also, I want any solution that will not damage the realism of my dreams.

      Thank you,

      Savsal14

You could focus on moving your presence (which is outside your body in third person) into your body. Just will yourself into your own body, and your perspective will change. Another way to do it may be to use mantras, saying, "I dream in first person," will get the message across to your subconscious. I'm afraid I can't help you anymore than give you ideas, I've never encountered this problem myself.

I hope this helps. Good luck!

I just figured out that when I am first person I cant move easily.

Like I don't know where I am looking when walking. its like im looking through a camera when I try to move. I don't know how something looks like, when to see my hands, how something looks when I am holding it (All of this disappears in 3rd person)
I have to tell myself where to look whenever I make a move. Anyone can help?
Mantras didnt work. I have tried walking into my body but it just goes 3rd person 1 second after

Remember always tell yourself that you will be 1st person in your dreams and REALLY believe that you will! Also when you become lucid try to take control of the dream by stabilize and try to go to 1st person.
