      3rd Person Perspective Dreams

How are you supposed to become lucid in these type of dreams? You can't do a reality check without a body, but you can't really do too much either without one. IS it possible to create some sort of body to change your dream to 1st person perspective, if so how would one do that effectively?

Wouldn't you need to be lucid to do that? And you CAN RC without a body, you know, like when watching a dream-like movie and you get all "Oh, that is totally a dream" then you start to question wheter or not you are asleep, and can follow with a RC of how you got to where you are, of why you don't have a body to RC with lol

Pro Tip: If you are viewing life from a 3rd-person perspective, it's a dream

i have actually had this happen to me once lol. i was in third person, watching myself drive, when i saw something strange, i think a car was spinning. anyway, when i wanted to do an RC, i suddenly had a body to do it, like i was flying. but the RC failed and i didn't become lucid . but yea, if you think its a dream and you're in third person, your body will probably insert itself into the space where your vision is (i hope that made sense lol )
