How do I stop myself from waking up?

Whenever I start to have a nightmare, I become lucid and "eject" myself from the dream. I basically just exit the dream. Last time it went:
      *Crazy demon appears*
      Me: nopenopenopenope *Eject*

How do I stop myself from ejecting but just turning it into a full on Lucid dream?

if you are truly lucid youd understand the demon is figment of your imagination. it cant hurt you.... but you cant run from it

youve taken the first step in addressing the issue

now you must face yourself, and your inner demons

If by "ejecting" you mean that you wake yourself up, because you get scared, you can prepare yourself.

During day, pretend you just got lucid and something scary appears. Some people recommend to project love and understanding towards it. It's based on the premise, that it's a representation of some part of you that you don't like. Once you "accept it" by thinking "I love you" towards it, it will change into something non-threatening.

This has happend to me once in a lucid and a few times in a very vivid non-lucid.

Or, if you prefer to fight it, practice how you gonna defeat it. Raise a shield, throw some fireballs at it, pull out an RPG, make a rock fall on it... The options are unlimited.

For the beginning I would recommend to laugh when you see something scary or simply smile. It is much easier to turn it into a joke

Later, when you learn how to control your dream you can try some advanced tools to destroy your demon.

As gab said, visualization can work wonders when training your brain to do something that you'd like.

You already have a slight awareness, which is why you can wake yourself up. I don't have much experience with the whole waking yourself up thing, so I'm not really sure how you would go about changing it. I think practising while you're awake would definitely work in your favour

I have never been able to eject from a dream on command either so I am not sure what to tell you with that part. If you become lucid in your nightmare though, try to remember don't panic -- it's your dream now, nothing can hurt you unless you let it. Confidence is always the key. Something new I tried last night in a lucid fight situation may be useful to you if you can avoid the initial eject. I touched a DC's forehead and the goal was to change his intentions (to anything other than kicking my ass)... It worked quite well, he just turned and walked away. I felt like the physical contact made it easier, but in the case of a creepy demon type thing you might opt to mentally project your thought toward it or verbally command it rather than touch it.
