agI recently joined into the world of lucid dreaming and have done some pretty well research on induction methods and dream controls like stabilization and summoning DCs. A few nights ago I was having some pretty bad sleep. Waking up and going back to sleep again over and over in like hour intervals. I don't necessarily have a structured sleep pattern. So finally I relaxed more and really fell into my bed. I awoke in the night to a sensation of being paralyzed. I already knew about sleep paralysis and was not very scared so no monsters or shadow demons. I could feel myself lying sideways on the bed motionless. Then I had this feeling of seeing my body externally like viewing myself from above the bed almost floating like. From there I felt slight vibrations waves going through my body. I fell asleep again. It seemed like a false awakening now that when I woke up again I woke up in a dream. Standing up in a room, but not really a room. It was was about the size of a rectangle living room, but it was just a platform of light colored wood. Only one wall held up the structure of the room and that was to my right when I awoke in the dream. I instantly said out loud "Wow I'm dreaming" I must have not been thinking I did not do any RC's from what I remember or any try to use senses. I looked to my right and saw a blue gas canister. Didn't think much of it. I looked to my left and was automatically creeped out. I was on a floating platform with one wall super high in the sky. I saw the sun yellow as always, but the clouds were slightly darkish like dark grey to black and gloomy. I thought about how they should be and blinked. When I looked back they looked normally except for the bottom of the clouds. They were still a creepy dark purplish-blue. I tried moving around now. I kept staring to my left while about to walk forward. Then I saw blurred swirling transparent mountains or earth like forms shaping from the gaping empty wall on the platform. They overwhelmed me and I became confused and afraid of how unfamiliar it seemed. I tried to push that away and walk forward. I willed myself and found I had stopped suddenly when the flooring in front of me began to fade away. I knew if i kept walking I would fall. I dropped to my knees staring over the edge holding the ledge, and then I woke up.
I would like to know what this could have been from and what could I have done to make the dream better in terms of less confusion more control of my sorroundings and also I'm 13 and the dream was extremely HD equal to or better than when I wear my glasses in waking life. So yeah any feedback would be appreciated and as much as possible thanks. One last thing the sun and details of the room were extremely vivid. More than real life.
Also one more thing I almost forgot. In the LD after the gas canister and before the shifting holographic mountains I tried to shoot a lightining bolt from my hand and it did not work. At all. I guess I did not visualize it enough.
