I have been dreaming more often lately, and I have linked that to the fact that I just lost my brother. I dream of talking with him and I see him as a mist but I can hear his voice so I know it's him. I sometimes have vague dreams of lying down on clouds, and when I wake up I feel kind of dizzy.

Yet there is one dream that I would like to know how to control, as it has caused me much anxiety. I've been dreaming of 'getting out of my body' and floating somewhere pitch black and stinky. And when I wake up, I am hyperventilating and sometimes even crying!

Can someone please help me? Is there some way I can't dream of this dream anymore?
