Can't get back to sleep when trying Micheal Raduga technique

      Hi,
I wanted to say every time I try to go back to sleep for the Micheal raduga technique. I can't go back to sleep. Is there any recommendations you could recommend?

Try to wake one hour earlier or maybe 2hrs earlier. It's gonna be easier to fall asleep again.

      Thanks,
I'll try that. I've also noticed I can't get back to sleep when I don't take my meds. When I end up taking my meds I get into a deep sleep where I can't awaken. Any advice?

      Thanks.

      Hi,
I awoke after 4 to 5 hours of sleeping with my meds (which I was in a deep sleeping state) I still ended up staying awake for an hour and a half to 2 hours. Should I try to sleep for 2 to 2 and a half hours and then do the technique as normal?

      Thanks.

I was also going to ask should I drink a certain amount of water to make myself go to the bathroom so I can try the obe4u technique?

How many bottles of 20oz water should I drink?

      Thanks.

I used to drink a tall glass, so 16 oz. A 20 oz bottle would be fine. Maybe half of it would work, try that first and see how it goes.

I ended up having subsequent awakenings but forgot to do the cycling techniques. Other than that I had 2 or 3 subsequent awakenings. I'm going to practice today so I can do the cycling/separation techniques.

      Thanks.

Cool, that's some good progress! Now do some mantras as you're falling asleep to help you remember what you want to do.

For now instead of doing a mantra (for now) I'm going to practice and remind myself of doing the cycling techniques and separation techniques so I can have a LD. I just need to know how much water to drink so I can awaken in the middle of the night.

      Thanks.

Tried awakening after 2 and a half hours of sleep. Then tried staying up for almost an hour. For some reason I stayed up all night and didn't get to sleep until 3 or 4 hours later. Should I put the alarm at 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes so I can stay awake longer and go to sleep sooner?

      Thanks.

Why do you want to get up after so little sleep? I'm no good for anything if I only sleep an hour or two - I'd go for more like 5 hours, maybe 4.

Yeah, I tried doing it the same way last night. For some reason, I haven't been able to get the subsequent awakenings. That's all I need the subsequent awakenings. I'll maybe have to try an affirmation for the subsequent awakenings.

      Thanks.

I ended up going to sleep for 4 hours and woke up. I didn't stay up long and ended up trying to have my last thought be to wake up and try the indirect techniques. Should I have stayed up longer? I ended up staying awake (or half asleep) for the whole night.

      Thanks.

I set my alarm on the app alarmy and ended up awakening to alarms (The night before I ended up awakening automatically multiple times before the alarms) I tried exiting out my body with levitation, once that didn't work I ended up doing cycling techniques. When I did one of them I got a shaking / separtion feeling and tried exiting my body. Nothing worked and I ended up having three or four vivid dreams. This is the entry I put into word "Tried to do separation technique when hearing alarm got a separation like (a feeling of shaking) feeling when doing cycling techniques."

      Any advice?

      Thanks.
