Firstly gongrats on your lucid dream (is your first isn't it?)
Try to have a clear goal for your lucid dreams, for example, flying, exploring your suroundings, try to make someone apear, so that you don't end up doing something stupid.
Remember that the only think that can make you feel that you are going to get stuck up in the dream is your belief that this is happening. It is your dream and your feelings control it. When your feeling threatened next time try to relax and say to yourself that this is just a dream. this had helped me out of all the situations that could have been unpleasant. For example i had some dreams where i couldn hardly move and i was feeling scared. Once i relax my self i gained total control of my dream. Opinions vary but try it and find out for yourself. BYE
