Just something I'd like to suggest even though I haven't yet had a full, complete LD. Anyway, when I'm dreaming and I have at least a bit lucidity and I want something to happen - that is, controlling my dream, I have noticed that one tech that seems to work almost always is thinking about giving your dream commands as if you where, for example, doing something computer-related, like playing a video-game and you decide to 'cheat'or type a 'debug'command from a console - those who have played some games will understand, though you could also see it as the commands and functions used in programming languages. For example, in my lucid moments I might close my eyes for a momen and mentally type something like 'teleport school'and I would find myself in my school. I know this might sound weird, but so far I have had excellent success with it - much more success than simply willing things to happen. I don't think you would actually have to mentally 'type'your commands in a console, though I remember doing that some times, you would just have transform your wishes in commands as if you were using a computer language. Obviously you would make these mental commands on the spot - for example, if you wanted to become invisible, you could try using an 'invisib'command.
If you are more spiritually inclined and you don't think that these computer-sounding methods might work, you might think of uttering your commands as arcane incantations or magic formulaes(though that's something i never tried).
I hope this is at least interesting and not just an useless post - personally I will keep experimenting with this.
