I think I got the lucid part down now... but there is one more thing I need to know, how to control my dreams. After I attain lucidity, I know I am dreaming and I can think, but thats it. Its like I have the body and all its senses, its mind, but not its physical motion. If I think of something to do, its like the physical motion part gets to decide if he wants to do it or not... strange. Are there methods of getting full control over the dream? |

Interesting, in all my LDs I'm in control of myself. Only problem is that many times I have no body or only a 'ghostly' one (ehem, does this word exist?). I'm like a soul floating in the air at the height of my eyes, and can see, hear and float around the dreamscape. I found a solution to this in one of Billybob's tutorials. Rubbing my hands not only helps to stabilize the dream, but also makes me start to feel my hands, and the rest of the body follows. |

I think that those are great ideas, after all, you are only limited in a dream by your doubts, it may take practice and certain techniques to get rid of that doubt by putting your faith in those techniques or yourself. I've never had that problem, though once I do remember being a ghost, I think I was trying to be invisible or something though |

Ah, I have to say then that only time can and practice can help you gain control over a LD, the more you experience and try to control, the easier it is to control one with less and less effort. |
