Okay, I had my third or fourth DILD last night, and it was probably the longest one that I've had (even though only about 20-30 seconds )
Trouble is, I am aware that I'm dreaming, but I can't hold lucidity long enough to be able to do anything. I can't remember how I become aware that I'm dreaming, but when I do I just think "Oh my god, I'm dreaming!".
Last time I just did that and then lost it after laughing to myself, but after advice on this forum, I started yelling 'Stronger Lucidity' or something like that. It was a strange feeling, the dream felt stronger but then I lost it again nearly straight away.
Btw, I found out for sure that my dreams are in third person (So I can only see my back, basically)
Apart from yelling 'lucidity now' etc, how do you make a dream more vivid? I just lose the dream after a few seconds because I feel really sleepy, and feel like I'm just drifting in and out of consciousness...
Another Btw, the only thing that I've done (and this was the last LD from DILD) was to slow the gravity down so that I didn't die from a 1 mile fall - In my dream I jumped really high, like flying, but then as I was falling someone threw a knife in my hand, I remember thinking (for whatever reason) If I can't use my hand, then I'm not going to be able to land properly, I really don't want to splat! Then I became lucid
Cheers
Pete
