This is a method of scripting ur adventure, though it does sound weird. I studied
that dreams are based on REM and what u think,so I will tell you the method: When you go to
bed, close your eyes, think of something(for your dream), and move your eyes around, while
still closing your eyes. Continue this procedere for ten minutes.WARNING: DIZZINESS MAY
OCCUR. After doing this, keep your eyes closed, until u dream.

      NOTE:THE DREAM
WILL NOT BE EXACTLY WHAT YOU THINK OF, THOUGH IT DOES GIVE
YOU A DREAM THAT IS RELATED. I DON'T GAURANTEE U THAT IT WILL WORK,
BUT U CAN GIVE IT A TRY. IT USSUALLY WORKS ATLEAST 7-8 OUT OF 10 TRIES.

cool, maybe i'll try it. but, have you tried it on other people besides yourself? can you just think of the same picture the whole time? and does it matter wha direction or movement you move your eyes in? also, once you do it for the time limit suggested, should you try and fall asleep or should you try and stay awake until you go into a dream, kind of like a FILD

Exactly. Once you've finished this procedure, can you just go to sleep any way you want or do you have to continue the procedure until you do fall asleep?

okay cool, i'm sure if i saw something that looked like what i was imagining, it would trigger something and i would become lucid! so, just to be sure, im supposed to do this BEFORE i go to sleep? i keep wasting possible lucid time and i want to try this technnique and do it the right way! ha

That sounds interesting. Has it worked for anyone yet? I'm going to try picturing elephants tonight. I had my 3rd LD last night when I realized there shouldn't be elephants in my backstreet.

EDIT: Ok, didn't work for me, no elephants but loads of road patrol policemen and ghosts.

sorries for that i havnt replied for long, but for your dream of police and ghosts, is there a tiny
simularity between the dream and the elephants? To make sure, were the ghosts or Police big?
Did they have any tusks, or flappy ears? Or were they related to a elephant's characteristics in some way?
If not, it's either you didn't do the preocedure right, or it didn't work(remember,my way is only to give
something related). Well hope that helps.
