      Trying to Keep Lucidity

Hey I was having a regular old fashion dream while I was in a Car Speeding in the passanger seat and I noticed some Dream Signs and realized I was dreaming, This is my second time realizing I was dreaming and As the car went faster and swirving I tried to think what I could do to keep the dream from fading away since It was going out fast. I was in the passanger seat so I couldnt dream spin, and I was going real fast and It was as if My hands could'nt meet each other to Rub so I was basically Speeding and Swirving trying to control my dream and I woke up :[ Any thoughts on what else to do other then dream spin and Hand Rub?

One thing that I always like doing, and seems to help me usually is shouting out real loud something like "Increasy lucidity!" or "lucidity now!" Once it didn't work on the first time I yelled it, but then I yelled it again with very positive intentions, and all of a sudden I felt a very strong wind hitting me from the back, and all of a sudden the dream was much clearer.

Another thing that might help is focusing on a certain thing. In the case of your dream, you could look at the dashboard and try to notice every little detail of it. Looking at the road probably wouldn't help much, since it's going by so fast and there's no time to focus on a specific thing.

      Hope this helps.

You might also try touching things (I mean really "feeling" them) to stabilize your dream. Get into how they feel.. are they hot, cold, smooth, rough, etc.. this often helps me remain in a dream longer.
