      How clear can LDs be?

After having my first LD I realized that it wasnt that vivid. In fact after waking up it is almost like a memory from long ago. I can remember what I did, but I cannot picture it in my mind with great detail.

      For those who are pros,

Can LDs get to the point where they feel totally and completely real?

This one felt way to vague...

But at least I had one! And I flew and summoned on my first one!

Well, I'm not a pro, but I think 11 LDs are enough to answer this...
For me, the vividness of lucid dreams depends on how vivid was the dream I got lucid from. If you're having a night of vivid dreaming, you'll have vivid LDs. I've had a few very vivid lucids and a few lucids like the one you described.

I never got any dream which was as detailed as reality, but I'm generally satisfied with my LDs!

My dreams are normaly very vivid, Lucid or not. My Lucids can get far more vivid than normal Life. Actualy the enviornments are always very intense, to the point where they are almost glowing with life.

I've had a range from what could barely be called dreams at all since there was very few visuals; basically just a vague blurry world, to so crystal clear that I actually had to question whether I had actually awoken or not, especially since many times I have several false awakenings first. I can't really say whether its possible to get to realitiesque clarity, but you can get damn near close; close enough that you won't be able to say whether it was or not once you wake.

Having a Wake-initiated lucid dream (WILD) as opposed to the common Dream-initiated lucid dream (DILD) will make it one hundred times more vivid, and very real life-like. I recommend checking up on WILD techniques.

It's very possible. Mine get more real than real. Sometimes I will become Lucid, because the dream is so vivid, that I know the real world could never be that real.

LDs can feel more real than life itself. The only way this can be is because you can fly, have sex with jessica biel, and even shoot spaghetti out of your fingertips. Every dream i have is real life vividness. I guess im just lucky.

Yeah I have about 2-3 Ld's whenever I sleep and from my experience they look like real life, but more often than not appear to be far more life like than anything I have seen. Everything is far sharper and more detailed with deeper and more profound colors then i would expect to find in real life.

The majority of my dreams aren't particularly vivid, but I do get the occasional burst of clarity. I'd say check out some of the realism increasing techniques (examining small details in things and whatnot).

I have had lucid dreams that even upon awakening I could not see any variance between the lucid dram and waking life.
There is no difference! .... to your mind.
