I've been trying to become lucid all summer, now I am actually having some success. The only times I can become lucid are in the afternoons, not during my normal night sleep, and I can't keep the dream going for more than a few moments. I decide that I am dreaming, think of something to do, but cannot really carry it out. I have done this several times, past the point where I am just too exited about becoming lucid and therefore am not in control anymore.

Does anyone have some advice for me on how to have a lucid dream at night, and also how to prolong lucidity?
