      Increaseing lucid levels?

When I've had lucid dreams (OR more like lucid moments) I say "Oh..I'm dreaming, huh?" in it and then I just don't do anything about it...><....It's like I forget that I was dreaming and go on with the dream. It happened TWICE in the same dream a day ago..xD

hmm...strange. Well what you should do is probably increase your awareness and if you do Reality checks, then when doing them try to fly or blow stuff up. I don't know if that will help though because once the slightest thought of me dreaming enters my mind, my realization that its a dream expanses into a full blown lucid dream rapidly.

Maybe you should start thinking about what you will do once you become lucid. When you think of dreaming, immediately do a RC and think of what you would do if it were a dream. Then, hopefully, when you dream you'll be able to remember what you want to do in the dream (for me, it would be flying!)

Verbally tell yourself to "Increase Clarity". Demanding this from your mind will bring you to a more lucid state.

You might also be lacking desire... a goal...
Always have a list of 'things to do in my dreams'
That way, you have something to work towards when you become lucid.

Couple that with verbal commands, and I'm sure you'll get the hang of it...

I also belive you should decide what to do in your next LD. It's like in real life - without some sort of intention you just wander around aimlessly. Write down a "Things to do when I'm lucid" list...

Ales, i totally agree with you. Everyone should have a "to-do" list. Think what you want to do before dreaming or else you'll just stand there trying to think what you wanted to do(its a hard to remember even in your dream to). so its a good idea to set your intention
