Are you able to wake up spontaneously after every dream? |
|
Are you dreaming?

I have an exit hole in my dreams. |

Wha...
*Fall's back to sleep*
I rarely woke up after a dream and that was because I had a nightmare. I think I read this top somewhere, but not sure. What you could do when you are trying to go to sleep just keep saying "After a dream, I'm going to wake up" or "I'm going to wake up after every dream" or whatever and put feeling into it. See if that works and post results. |

In the begining there was flight...
Well I just tried what I suggested last night and I think it worked. I woke up around 5:30(went to sleep at around 2:30-3 ish) I don't remember what I dreamt at all though before or after that as a matter a fact. My dream recall sucks. I can only remember pits and pieces of different dreams for now. |

Before i heard about lucid dreams, every time id have a nightmare i would have this feeling that "this is gonna be a nightmare" and id wake myself up. |

|
heres how i do it.. I squeeze my eyes as hard as possible.. and focus ever bit of anger.. then i wake up usually in 2-3 seconds. |
|
When i was little and had very bad nightmares i would shake my head hard until i got out of it but now i have less nightmares so i dont really wake up from my dreams or nightmares |

If practice makes perfect and nobody is perfect then why practice?
If by spontaneously, you mean "at will," ANYONE who is lucid should have that ability. |

When I had nightmares as a kid or just got sick of dreaming (which is strange, but it's the truth! |
