      :(

I've been having these fragmented dreams for the past few days that I've tried to WBTB.
They've been like I know that I was dreaming and I coudn't do anything about it ( like before) and I had about 60 false awakenings
But then I had this really weird one where I was like dreaming of lucid dreaming and I spun and everything became really clear, but then I lost it.
Does anyone know why I'm not having prolonged dreams, just these weird dreams that last a few seconds?

I can't even keep a dream journal because all my dreams are mixed up and stuff

At first, you will only remember fragments of dreams. That's how it starts out. But it doesn't mean you can't keep a dream journal. Just write down those fragments. Even if it's just a feeling, emotion, a place... writing anything down helps.

And having short dreams... well it happens sometimes. If spinning didn't help much, try rubbing your hands together. Also try stabilizing the dream as soon as you become lucid, by touching objects around you. Not just touching, but actually feeling the object, with all it's properties.

I hope this helps. Also, you'll probably get more replies if you make a more descriptive title than ":(".

      Thanks, Webmaster.

I've tried the spinning but not the hand rubbing, hopefully I can prolong my dreams. And I'll see what I can do with my dream journal.
